Xbox 360 GPU to go to 65nm in fall; production of the chips to start in May

Xbox 360's that include the 65 nanometer processors will start appearing on store shelves in the fall. The engineering samples have already been sent out, and production will start in May. Also announced, was the introduction of 65mn-made embedded DRAM; embedded DRAM is one of the two dies that comprise the Xenos processor.
