Intel Core 2 Extreme laptops in July?

According to what appears to be a leaked product roadmap, it's beginning to look like a hot summer if you're a laptop gamer, on-the-go video editor, or need to crunch some seriously large numbers while traveling. From the looks of the roadmap it appears Intel is planning updates and price cuts for laptop CPUs through September 2nd.

AT&T planning IPTV for Apple TV in 2008?

"Maybe this shouldn't come as that much of a surprise, but when AT&T execs talk about having a long and close relationship with Apple, they're not just planning on putting out future iPhones. A well-connected source tells us that AT&T and Apple are working on adding IPTV capabilities to the Apple TV beginning sometime next year."

YouTube for Apple TV uses H.264, not Flash

The reason for the delay is that Youtube will be encoding all of their videos into a "H.264 streaming-efficient compression format" specifically for the Apple TV. All of Youtube's videos are currently encoded in Flash Video (FLV) format.... Interesting coincidence: both the iPod and iPhone can play H.264 encoded video, but not flash.
